  • Are computer literate and have experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Are confident and able to provide clients with first-class customer service.

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients interested in the 1st Contact services:
    • 1st Contact Relocation London and South Africa sales
    • National Insurance number sales
    • Job Assistance
  • You will liaise with clients mostly via email, phone calls and online chat. You will need to qualify each client interested in our services and provide them with excellent customer service at each interaction.
  • Assist with all administrative tasks that comes with a client signing up for any of our services (this involves dealing with 3rd parties.)
  • Assisting clients who are interested in our Job Assistance service which involves qualifying them, looking over their CV’s and sending out CV’s to potential recruiters.
  • Cross selling our other services to each of our clients and promoting our Brand.
  • Working towards exceeding all set targets.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager with adhoc tasks like training and reporting.
