Among several new solutions discovered this year, there are three test cases still awaiting Home Office approval. These apply to clients with the following circumstances:

    • Born before 1983, with a parent born after 1948, and with a UK-born grandparent
    • Born in South Africa between 30 May 1962 and 1 Jan 1983, and with a UK-born grandparent
    • Born in Rhodesia between 2 Mar 1970 and 18 Apr 1980, and with a UK-born grandfather

We are a professional services company that specialises in cross-border financial and immigration advice and solutions.
