Once your funds have cleared into our account, we will call you and quote you an exchange rate. If you're happy with the rate, we will purchase the currency for you and transfer your funds accordingly. We can also give you daily phone calls, updating you until you get a rate you are happy with.
There is no maximum limit to the amount of money you can send through us. However, if you prefer to send large amounts, then HM Revenue and Customs (in the UK) require us to have further documentation from you to prove where the money is coming from.
