Our Cape Town Investment Migration department is looking to add a Client Administrator to their team.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Administrator to join our Investment Migration team in Cape Town. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting high-net-worth clients by managing records, assisting with compliance processes, preparing documentation, coordinating logistics and working closely with the casework team.

  • Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Can engage professionally with high-net-worth clients and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Can multi-task, to work under pressure and to reach tight deadlines
  • Can demonstrate financial skills and interpret financial statements 
  • Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Are structured and methodical in your approach to tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Are computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Are a happy, quick and willing learner
  • Have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport (essential)

  • Have previous experience or exposure to engaging with high-net-worth clients or stakeholders
  • Have experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (this could be through work, internships, studies or other relevant settings)

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, analysing and validating client documents during the onboarding stage
  • Assisting with in-house KYC processes and conducting adverse media checks
  • Creating and maintaining accurate client records within the CRM system
  • Generating invoices and recording payments
  • Preparing document checklists for clients and pre-populating government application forms
  • Scanning, saving and managing legalised documents
  • Coordinating courier bookings, tracking and confirming safe delivery of documents worldwide
  • Maintaining both physical and electronic client folders and records
  • Preparing client travel and appointment itineraries
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes
  • Providing day-to-day support to the casework team
  • Managing workflow by distributing calls, enquiries and emails as needed
  • Performing general administrative and office support duties
