Andrew grew up in South Africa, where he was schooled at Michaelhouse after which he completed his education at the University of Stellenbosch.
He served as an officer in the South African Navy before completing his management training with the McCarthy Group.
He established a company that facilitated the investment of UK client money into the emerging South African property market. He successfully sold his interests before being appointed to head up Sable International's forex team.
Andrew is a keen sailor who has competed internationally and spends many weekends away either sailing or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two children.

Graham BarrattHead of Sales Director: ForexGraham was born and bred in the Mother City.With a background in education (PGCE, UCT), financial planning (Liberty Life) and experience as a currency trader, Graham has over 15 years sales experience in financial services.He spent the last 12 years leading a global forex business in SA and joins Sable International's South African Forex Team as Head of Sales Director to further grow and develop the SA team.Graham is happiest when outdoors, surrounded by family and friends. He endeavors to live in the present as far as possible… #living

James BarnettManaging Director: Sable WealthJames grew up in South Africa and moved to the UK in 1999, and since then has lived and worked in the UK, South Africa and Mauritius. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession, completing his Articles with EY.James has almost 30 years of experience in the Financial Services and Professional Services sectors. His career has spanned Audit and Business Valuations at EY, Market Risk at Credit Suisse, Strategic Change Management at Credit Suisse and UBS, Financial Services Audit and Corporate Finance as a Partner at Grant Thornton, and Financial Planning and Wealth Management as Director and later CEO of an Independent Financial Planning and Wealth Business.
James now leads the Sable Wealth team from London on a growth journey from Good to Great, and hopes to make a meaningful contribution towards Group strategic goals and revenue synergies.
Outside of work James loves travelling, snowboarding with friends, stand-up paddle boarding with his wife, swimming in the ocean and spending time with his children and family.

Brent MorrisManaging Director: Study abroad
Brent was born and raised in South Africa and then travelled to the UK as an international student, where he completed his master’s degree with Anglia Ruskin University. He worked for several public universities in the UK and the US with a continuous focus on Africa. He has spent time travelling the entire continent, supporting students on their journeys to study abroad.
In 2016, he moved back to South Africa where he set up a pan-African study abroad consultancy. He joined Sable International in 2021 and now manages the Study abroad division.
When he is not travelling, you will find him in the water, surfing.

John DunnGroup Director: Citizenship and Immigration
John joined Sable International in 2008 and has managed multiple divisions during his time with the company.
He has over a decade of experience in immigration, citizenship and residency-by-investment. He combines that with a background in sales, marketing and management to ensure that Sable International is the go to for all things relating to citizenship and immigration around the world.
Outside of work, John is dedicated to his young family. He enjoys fitness activities and loves the outdoors.

Leanne ShrosbreeOperations Director
Leanne was born in Cape Town and had an interesting upbringing travelling around South Africa. After working for Standard Bank for six years, she moved to London and gained international experience. Returning to South Africa, she started her career at Sable International as a Tax Refunds administrator.
She has worked across various departments in the company, honing her customer service skills and eventually becoming the Customer Service Manager. In her role, Leanne ensures that every staff member upholds and adheres to our exceptional customer service standards. She also project manages the IT development team.
Outside of work, Leanne enjoys reading, pursuing artistic endeavours and spending time with family and friends.

Mark DickinsonProject Lead
Mark grew up in Johannesburg and relocated to Cape Town with his family in 2002. He matriculated from Bishops (Diocesan College) in 2009 before attending Stellenbosch University where he completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and History.
In 2013 he worked as a Deck Hand on the Superyachts (based in Turkey, Greece and the South of France). This experience made him acutely aware of the importance in being internationally marketable and competitive. In 2014, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at UCT, specialising in Marketing. After this he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning at the University of the Free State. He has since also completed the PCE Board Examination as a Certified Financial Planner. He has worked as a Paraplanner for reputable IFA practices in Cape Town such as Netto Invest in Pinelands for roughly three years and then Private Client Holdings in Claremont for three and a half years.
He joins Sable International as the Project Lead for the Sable Partners Business Model where his role is to cross-sell the various divisions of Sable International to prospective partner businesses.
In his free time, he enjoys running, playing tennis, squash and golf. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful city of Cape Town.
