We are looking for an organised individual to join our team in a support capacity. You will be required to provide advanced administrative and technical support to Migration Consultants by validating documentation, assisting with case preparation and ensuring workflow continuity within the team.

The Senior Migration Administrator performs all functions of a Migration Administrator, with added responsibility for document analysis, workflow coordination and technical development.

Your role and responsibilities

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

Document analysis and validation

  • Analysing and validating client documentation for accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Cross checking documents against legislative and evidentiary requirements
  • Identifying gaps, discrepancies or potential risk areas in documentation
  • Providing clear feedback to Migration Consultants and Migration Agents on missing or inadequate evidence

Consultant support and workflow management

  • Providing direct and ongoing case support to assigned Migration Consultants and Migration Agents
  • Assisting in managing case workflows to ensure deadlines are met
  • Tracking key milestones and proactively flag upcoming lodgement or expiry dates
  • Preparing more complex application drafts for Migration Consultant and Migration Agent review
  • Providing coverage for team members during periods of leave or high workload

     

Technical development

  • Actively developing knowledge of Australian migration legislation and policy
  • Understanding visa criteria relevant to cases being supported
  • Applying policy knowledge when reviewing documentation and flagging risks
  • Participating in internal training and technical discussions
