    Andrew grew up in South Africa, where he was schooled at Michaelhouse after which he completed his education at the University of Stellenbosch.

    He served as an officer in the South African Navy before completing his management training with the McCarthy Group.

    He established a company that facilitated the investment of UK client money into the emerging South African property market. He successfully sold his interests before being appointed to head up Sable International's forex team.

    Andrew is a keen sailor who has competed internationally and spends many weekends away either sailing or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two children.

  • Mikayla Morkel-Brink
    Sales and Marketing Representative

    Mikayla holds a four-year degree from the University of San Diego, California, where she attended on a tennis scholarship. After returning to Cape Town in 2016, she began her career in real estate, initially working in marketing and administration before transitioning into sales—a move that sparked her passion for property.

    In 2023, Mikayla spent two months in Portugal, where she immersed herself in the culture and language, achieving an A2 level certification. With a deep interest in both property and travel, she is dedicated to understanding her clients’ unique needs, especially in real estate and investment migration decisions.

    Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys playing padel, mountain biking, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

    Fractional Sales Director

    Dale has over 20 years’ experience across UK and international property markets, specializing in advising overseas investors on structured UK residential acquisitions.

    He has been involved in transactions exceeding £1.5 billion in property sales, working across large-scale new build developments, investment portfolios and cross-border client mandates.

    His approach is strategy-led and data-driven, focused on risk management, sustainable rental performance and long-term capital growth. He supports clients in navigating key cross-border considerations including financing structures, tax positioning, currency exposure and exit planning.

    Through Sable International, Dale works alongside regulated specialists in mortgages, forex, immigration and private wealth, ensuring clients benefit from a coordinated, compliant and fully integrated investment process.
