Our new all-inclusive business starter pack

by Sable International | Jun 21, 2013
  • Among our clients, we serve several start-up businesses. Often, these new businesses have a specific need for a package that covers all the financial and legal essentials to get them going. For this reason, we’ve put together an all-inclusive business starter pack.
    paid-on-time

    This starter pack includes:

    • Company set-up, invoice template, a spreadsheet template to record income and expenses on, PAYE and VAT registration, and use of Sable Accounting’s address as your registered office address
    • Advice on running the business tax-efficiently
    • All accounting fees for the first year
    • A financial planning meeting and review of the business plan/strategy with an independent financial advisor
    • A basic shareholders’ agreement
    • A basic client agreement/terms and conditions and employment contract (although these might not be necessary right at the start)
    • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
    • A .co.uk or .com domain name for two years, including email forwarding or webmail access with up to 250MB storage

The cost and terms of the starter pack

If taken up individually, the regular price for all these requirements is £3720 + VAT per annum. However, as an all-inclusive monthly package it will be charged at a rate of £225/month + VAT. If you opt for this package, you will benefit from a fixed monthly fee, and avoid huge layouts when starting the business.

This package is based on a 12-month-minimum contract, after which it will be reviewed and adjusted according to your needs for the next 12 months.

If you are interested in this package, please contact us at accounting@sableinternational.com or 0808 141 2285.
